How I review:
I believe in being honest in reviews, but honest never means being callous or inconsiderate. The whys of a review will be included regardless of whether I loved it or thought it wasn't quite for me. Aside from being a good story, a book is a physical manifestation of someone's hard work and imagination and I respect that. In my reviews I'll include the provided blurb from Goodreads, my own brief summary of the plot and characters, and my overall feel of the writing and character development.
If a review needs to be written by a specific deadline please let me know and I will try my best to meet it. Due to being a full-time student and working part-time I may not always be able to post a review right away. There are also times when I am interested in a book and it is on my review consideration pile, but, upon a full read may not end up to be reviewed.
If for some reason the book does not sit well with me (and I give them a few chances before I put it down) I do apologize. It happens on very rare occasions, but it does happen, and if it does I will not post a review.

Giveaways:
These seem to be popular with YA blogs and they're definitely popular with me. If there is a book you would like to have a giveaway for I would be more than delighted to do so, although I would prefer to have read it first. I am also happy to participate in book tours. :)
If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me at papereader(at)gmail(dot)com.
I look forward to reading!
